Job summary

Stivers in the Cleveland area is seeking a Payroll Team Lead to steer day-to-day payroll operations for a diverse client portfolio. You will guide a payroll team, onboarding new clients, resolve processing issues, and ensure accurate, timely payroll across multiple schedules.

The role offers a remote-friendly schedule with occasional onsite meetings, a competitive $70,000 annual salary, and comprehensive benefits including healthcare and PTO. Start date is ASAP.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of payroll teams or similar.
• Experience processing payroll for multiple client organizations.
• Familiarity with ADP, Vensure or equivalent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary payroll team resource, resolving processing challenges.
• Administer payroll for a diverse client portfolio across schedules and classifications.
• Assist onboarding of new payroll clients and coordinate implementation.
• Balance priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
