Job summary

Stivers is seeking a Client Service Manager in Shaker Heights to lead client service efforts and oversee funding-related operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a comparable field required.
• 5+ years of experience in factoring, lending, financial services, or a related environment, with prior team leadership experience.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to review account activity and financial documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and leadership while building productive relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Factor SQL is a plus.
• Stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team reviewing and processing weekly client funding activity.
• Examine invoices, time records, purchase orders, bills of lading to confirm funding accuracy.
• Ensure approved client payments and funding requests are processed correctly and timely.
• Monitor account activity, client performance, and debtor trends to identify risks.
• Maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to improve workflows and use of Factor SQL.
