Qualifications

• 3-5 years' tax experience in a large, multi-entity environment.
• Proficient with payroll tax filings and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of IRS, DOL, and FLSA regulations is preferred.
• CPP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research payroll tax requirements and reconcile filings.
• Collaborate with payroll tax service provider to address notices.
• Prepare amendments for payroll tax reports as needed.
• Support quarter-end/year-end processes including W-2 accuracy and compliance.
