Job summary

CFS is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to lead payroll operations across multiple states from our Wisconsin base. You will own payroll processes end-to-end, supervise two Payroll Specialists, and partner with HR and finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role blends hands-on payroll ownership with leadership responsibilities, offering hybrid work options and competitive compensation in a profitable, growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in payroll operations.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• High-volume payroll administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support two Payroll Specialists.
• Manage multi-state payroll processing.
• Set up and maintain state payroll tax accounts.
• Liaise with ADP for payroll issues and system support.
• Collaborate with onsite HR to resolve payroll concerns.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies.
• Serve as backup payroll processor for 1-2 groups.
