Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for approximately 900 field employees across multiple locations and states.
• Validate and reconcile time and labor data to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain employee payroll records, including tax updates and payroll changes.
• Process payroll adjustments such as reimbursements, per diem, mileage, and other compensation items.
• Reconcile union payroll reporting and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
