Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support the weekly payroll cycle, ensure data accuracy, and respond to employee inquiries. You will back up the payroll Manager and assist in year-end activities.

Responsibilities include inputting timekeeping records, auditing payroll data, training new users, processing on-cycle/off-cycle and bonus pay, and maintaining payroll documents. The role collaborates with ADP, Kronos, and SuccessFactors in a hybrid schedule with on-site plant days.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ payroll administration experience or 2 years with an associate degree
• Working knowledge of payroll processes, garnishments, tax setup and multi-state rules
• Experience with ADP and Kronos preferred
• Strong Excel and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Input, review, and audit timekeeping and payroll records
• Train new users in timekeeping system usage and audits
• Audit data for hires, changes, terminations and payroll documents
• Process on-cycle, off-cycle, and bonus payrolls weekly
• Assist year-end processing including W-2s
