Responsibilities include processing full-cycle payroll for ~900 employees across multiple states, auditing data, and supporting year-end activities. Experience with Paylocity and strong communication are essential.

• Experience processing payroll in Paylocity.
• Multi-state payroll experience required.
• Knowledge of CA/TX/FL payroll regulations helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for ~900 employees across states.
• Review, validate, and audit payroll data and timesheets.
• Ensure payroll accuracy for hourly and salaried staff.
• Generate payroll reports and liaise with third-party providers.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities (W-2 support).
• Provide accounting support including accounts payable when needed.
