OneSource Virtual is seeking a Managed Payroll Specialist to provide end-to-end payroll support for managed customers, including Workday configuration and year-end tasks. You will manage multiple clients, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.

The role requires 3+ years in payroll and customer experience, with strong Excel/Word skills and multi-jurisdiction tax knowledge. This US-Remote role supports clients across service levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• 3+ years of customer experience or equivalent skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, multi-jurisdiction taxation, year-end, and W-2 adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Act as named Specialist for Managed Payroll and Payroll Administrative customers.
• Manage and respond to cases daily to meet service levels and client satisfaction.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly client calls and assist with transitions and tax-related tasks.
• Configure payroll components and support year-end processes and audits.
• Troubleshoot reports and contribute to continuous process improvements.
