Qualifications

• 1 year of payroll/HR/admin experience required.
• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Must have good mathematical skills.
• Prior Dutch Bros experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll on time and accurately for Dutch Bros LLC.
• Garnishments, payroll draws, direct deposits, bonuses, and manual checks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and update payroll change paperwork.
• Print pay stubs and distribute checks as requested.
• Create and maintain employee payroll files; support time and attendance software.
• Respond to inquiries about employment verification and W2s.
• Coordinate internal meetings with HR, Finance, and HQ as needed.
• Provide payroll information via reports or presentations.
