Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Corporate Payroll Lead to ensure timely, accurate payroll processing and reporting. You will guide the Payroll Specialist, support the Report Specialist, and help maintain compliance across multiple entities.

The role supports remote work in any state where the company operates, with collaboration across HR and Finance. A BA/BS is preferred, and the position requires extensive payroll and tax process knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5 years payroll, supervision, manager level experience required.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• DB shop leadership experience preferred.
• Understanding of accounting, payroll and payroll tax processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team with all levels

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate semi-monthly payroll processing to ensure it is done timely and accurately.
• Audit time entry, retro reports, registers, and each company thoroughly.
• Complete adjustments (bonuses, severance, missed earnings not caught on retro report).
• Review error reports provided by OSV.
• Complete quarterly and monthly compliance and leadership bonus reports.
• Labor reports, WOTC, SAIF code audit/corrections, and worker's comp reporting.
