Job summary

Dutch Bros is seeking a Corporate Payroll Lead to ensure timely, accurate semi-monthly payroll processing and related reporting. You will mentor the Payroll Specialist and provide backup support to the Report Specialist while aligning with HR and Finance.

The role requires strong knowledge of payroll tax, benefits, and compliance processes across multiple states, plus proven leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. DOE.

Qualifications

• 5 years payroll, supervision, manager level experience required.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• DB shop leadership experience preferred.
• Understanding of accounting, payroll and payroll tax processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate semi-monthly payroll processing for timely/accurate results.
• Audit time entries, retro reports, and payroll-related reports.
• Prepare federal/state compliance reports and routine status reports.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance; maintain clear communication.
• Support and back up Payroll Specialist and Report Specialist as needed.
