Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Corporate Payroll Lead to oversee semi-monthly payroll processing, ensure timely reporting, and mentor the Payroll Specialist while backing up the Report Specialist. You will coordinate with HR and Finance to maintain accuracy and compliance across payroll operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years payroll, supervision, manager level experience.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• DB shop leadership experience preferred.
• Understanding of accounting, payroll and payroll tax processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team with all levels.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the corporate semi-monthly payroll processing to ensure it is done timely and accurately.
• Audit tax errors, compensation changes, new hires, address changes, and employees on leave.
• Complete adjustments (bonuses, severance, missed earnings not caught on retro report).
• Review error reports provided by OSV.
• Complete quarterly: SAIF quarterly reports and breakdown for Finance.
