Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking an Account Executive, Payroll Sales to drive Commercial payroll opportunities for restaurants with 2–12 units. Prospect, discover needs, deliver tailored demos, and close deals, coordinating handoff to Implementation and Customer Success.

Build your pipeline via outbound and inbound, maintain Salesforce and Gong, and collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product to optimize pricing and contracts. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.
• Experience running a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Experience selling payroll, workforce management, HR, or related software preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce; strong pipeline hygiene and forecasting.
• Ability to work remotely and communicate clearly; AI tools used responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Own the Commercial payroll sales cycle from prospecting through close and handoff.
• Build and manage your pipeline via outbound, inbound, referrals, and existing customers.
• Conduct discovery with operators and finance contacts; deliver tailored demos.
• Show ROI with payroll, labor, and compliance benefits; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain Salesforce and Gong records with next steps, close dates, and forecast.
• Coordinate handoff to Implementation and Customer Success; stay engaged to go live.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Ops to advance deals.
• Stay current on payroll fundamentals and industry challenges; work remotely.
• Utilize AI tools responsibly while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
