Career Team is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee accurate, timely, and compliant US payroll processing. The role reports to the VP of Human Resources and is fully remote from Manila, Philippines, with a focus on ADP Workforce Now and tax compliance across federal, state, and local levels.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in payroll processing, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to resolve inquiries while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in payroll processing and tax compliance.
• Expert knowledge of US payroll principles and accounting practices.

Responsabilités

• Manage complete payroll cycle for all employees, including time data collection.
• Ensure accurate tax withholdings and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Administer benefits deductions and reconcile with providers.
• Prepare payroll reports and journal entries for the general ledger.
• Oversee ADP Workforce Now system and implement upgrades.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors during payroll audits.
• Serve as primary contact for employee payroll inquiries.
