Career Team is seeking a US Payroll Tax & Compliance Lead to oversee payroll processing for 15+ US states, acting as the SME and a people leader for the payroll team. This remote role connects US operations with the company’s global mission.

The ideal candidate will have deep US payroll expertise, ADP Workforce Now proficiency, and experience with SUTA/FUTA/FICA tax compliance, plus strong Excel skills. Time-zone alignment with US Eastern/Central is expected.

Competenze

• Extensive US multi-state payroll experience required.
• Expertise with ADP Workforce Now and Kronos/UKG.
• Strong English communication and leadership skills.
