Job summary

Namecheap, Inc. is seeking a meticulous payroll and payments professional for a fully remote, part-time contract role (40–50 hours per month).

You will manage contractor payments for about 130 contractors and payroll for a small employee group, coordinating with the Accounting Manager. You will work across ADP, QuickBooks, ACH, and wire payments, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll, accounts payable, or contractor and vendor payments.
• Hands-on experience with ADP and QuickBooks.
• Experience processing ACH and wire payments, including international payments.

Responsibilities

• Process contractor payments (about 130 contractors) via ACH, wire, and other methods, with accuracy and timeliness.
• Process bi-weekly payroll for a small employee group in ADP.
• Lead year-end 1099 preparation and filing for domestic contractors and manage W-8BEN/W-8BEN-E forms for international contractors.
• Identify and implement process improvements to automate invoices, approvals, reminders, or reconciliations.
