Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR or related field.
• 1–3 years of payroll-related experience or administrative support experience.
• Basic understanding of payroll processing, wage calculations, deductions, and compensation records.
• Experience handling confidential employee information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing employee payroll, including regular wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Review timesheets, attendance records, and work-hour submissions for accuracy.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and payment information.
• Verify payroll data and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation for review.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay statements and schedules.
• Support administration of tax forms, benefits deductions, and payroll documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll issues.
• Assist with payroll audits and ensure records are maintained for compliance.
