The role requires partnering with cross-functional teams, building SOPs, and delivering training as needed. Strong Excel and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of payroll experience in a multi-state, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Research and analyze complex payroll issues including reconciliations, taxes, and adjustments.
• Build reports and analyze data to provide insights for payroll efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
• Lead payroll-related projects end-to-end and document SOPs.
