T3 Services Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to manage weekly and bi-weekly payroll for the organization. The role requires strong attention to detail, experience with multi-state payroll, and proficiency in Excel and payroll systems.

This is a fully remote position with collaboration across HR, Accounting, and Operations. The ideal candidate will handle timecards, commissions, deductions, and year-end reporting while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience or equivalent
• Experience handling multi-state payroll and payroll tax
• Experience with commission, piece-rate, hourly, or blended pay structures
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and confidentially
• Audit and calculate wages, deductions, benefits and commissions
• Review timecards, sales data, and payroll items for accuracy
• Maintain payroll records for hires, terminations, and changes
• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll and tax requirements
• Prepare year-end payroll reporting (W-2s, ACA)
• Generate recurring and ad hoc payroll reports for leadership
• Identify process improvements for payroll accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and Operations to resolve discrepancies
• Adhere to tight processing deadlines
