Safelite is seeking a Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing across multiple states and companies. You will research complex issues, provide system support, and build reports to drive payroll efficiency.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and guide stakeholders on compliance and process improvements. This role requires strong Excel skills and attention to detail, with remote work and EST core hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of payroll experience in a multi-state environment.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in a multi-state, multi-company setup.
• Research and resolve complex payroll issues and provide system support.
• Build reports, analyze data, and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Lead payroll-related projects end-to-end and create SOPs.
