Job summary

T3 Services Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to manage weekly and bi-weekly payroll across the organization. You will handle complex pay structures, ensure accuracy under tight deadlines, and work closely with HR and Accounting while operating in a fully remote environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and familiarity with multi-state payroll and ServiceTitan/ADP systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with performance-based compensation including commissions.
• Payroll for 300+ employees.
• Strong Excel skills: PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• ADP experience is a plus.
• Multi-state payroll and payroll tax experience.
• Strong analytical and auditing skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• High school diploma; accounting/finance/hr degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Audit hourly wages, commissions, and other compensation structures.
• Review timecards, sales data, wages, deductions, and benefits for accuracy.
• Maintain payroll records for hires, terminations, pay changes, and benefits.
• Audit accounts receivable and operational data affecting commissions.
• Research and ensure compliance with multi-state payroll and tax rules.
• Review year-end payroll reporting including W-2s and ACA reporting.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc payroll reports for leadership.
• Identify improvements to payroll processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and Operations to resolve discrepancies.
