Job summary

TCWGlobal is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support the U.S. payroll operations for thousands of employees on a 3-month W2 assignment. The role is 100% remote within the United States and pays up to $55/hour.

The successful candidate will own day-to-day U.S. payroll processing, review timecards, run payroll calculations, audit data, and collaborate with the Payroll Americas team on initiatives. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of payroll regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-to-end U.S. payroll processing experience.
• Experience processing payroll from timekeeping through payroll completion.
• Working knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations.
• Experience auditing payroll data and resolving discrepancies.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including working with formulas and payroll reports.
• Experience using payroll systems (any platform).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end U.S. payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review and process employee timecards.
• Run payroll calculations and validate payroll results.
• Audit payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Review 401(k) deductions for accuracy.
• Process wage garnishments and other payroll deductions.
• Support payroll balancing and payroll disbursement activities.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries through ServiceNow.
• Review payroll reports and perform Excel-based audits.
• Partner closely with Payroll team members to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Assist with continuous process improvements and payroll best practices.
