Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of payor contracting, healthcare reimbursement, or managed care experience required.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills; experience negotiating payor agreements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation, analysis, and renewal of payor agreements across commercial, government, and specialty networks.
• Coordinate with Credentialing, Billing, Revenue Cycle, and IT teams for timely implementation and accurate setup of contracts.
• Perform financial modeling and impact analysis of proposed reimbursement terms and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between operational execution and contract terms.
