Responsibilities

• Assist with the launch and ongoing operations of critical payments programs and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities or issues with new and existing payment features and processes.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Customer Solutions, Risk, and other teams to streamline processes for customers.
• Develop tracking and reporting systems to measure and communicate performance and trends in payments.
• Clearly communicate with customers, 3rd party services, and internal departments.
• Accurately review customer credits and refunds to ensure timely processing.
• Translate business needs into software requirements when necessary.
• Evaluate current processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and customer experience.
• Utilize all tools to ensure the accuracy of the payments process and rectify errors.
