Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist to join our Finance team remotely within a 70‑mile radius of Allen, TX. The role supports daily ACH and payment processing, monitoring file transmissions and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will liaise with customers, financial institution partners, and internal teams, handling payment exceptions with strong problem‑solving and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry or payment operations.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 2:00PM–11:00PM CST with occasional Sundays/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound/outbound ACH and payment file transfers and reconcile information.
• Maintain operating records and procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure policy compliance and provide courteous support to customers.
• Assist ACH research, communicate with RDFIs and customers, and handle disputed transactions.
• Identify issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Assist with training on multiple ACH/Check processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
