Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Payments to lead a team focused on payment-related finance operations and reliable service to internal stakeholders. This role will drive performance, strengthen internal controls, and partner across functions to support business needs and transformational initiatives.

The leader will provide guidance, reporting, and recommendations that help improve efficiency, consistency, and team engagement. Location: Remote.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in finance or business services.
• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects.
• Familiarity with innovative technologies such as RPA and AI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of associates and senior associates.
• Monitor team performance against departmental goals and SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs.
• Manage transformational projects from planning to execution.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
