Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Payments to lead a team focused on payment-related finance operations and reliable service to internal stakeholders. This role will drive performance, strengthen internal controls, and partner across functions to support business needs and transformational initiatives.

The leader will provide guidance, reporting, and recommendations that help improve efficiency, consistency, and team engagement. Location: Remote.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in finance or business services.
• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects.
• Familiarity with innovative technologies such as RPA and AI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Payments to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will oversee a team focused on payment-related finance operations and the delivery of reliable service to internal stakeholders.

The Manager will drive performance, strengthen internal controls, and partner across functions to support business needs and transformational initiatives.

In addition, this leader will provide guidance, reporting, and recommendations that help improve efficiency, consistency, and team engagement.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
