Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Payment Support Specialist to join an international, fully remote team. You will be the primary contact for users and partners, resolving payment issues and guiding complex payment processes within a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and testing teams to investigate incidents and contribute to service improvements, while documenting cases and contributing to knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2 level or above, alongside Russian language proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably within fintech, payment services, financial technology, or digital product environments.
• Practical understanding of payment processes, including payment gateways, transaction flows, payment troubleshooting, and basic financial compliance principles.

Responsibilities

• Customer support: Deliver high-quality assistance via email, live chat, and tickets.
• Payment issue resolution: Address transaction status, failed payments, and related inquiries.
• Payment process guidance: Explain flows and options to users and partners.
• Investigation and troubleshooting: Analyze issues and collaborate with tech teams.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with developers, testers, product managers to improve performance.
• Customer feedback and product improvement: Document feedback and share insights.
• CRM and case management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Support documentation: Help create and maintain FAQs and guides.
• Process optimization: Improve support workflows and tools.
• Shift coverage: 3/3 rotation with two day shifts and one night shift.
