• Experience managing digital financial products, especially payments and card issuance.
• Strong data-driven approach with ability to interpret funnels and metrics.
• Proven track record in product discovery and hypothesis testing.
• Experience designing experiments to improve activation, conversion and retention.
• Customer-centric mindset translating needs into product improvements.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage payment products: lead lifecycle, define priorities, coordinate initiatives.
• Drive conversion and activation: design and evaluate experiments to improve metrics.
• Optimize end-to-end payment journey: analyze issuance, processing, and acquiring flows.
• Conduct product discovery with customers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Define business requirements for features, integrations, and devices.
• Monitor product performance: track issuance, conversion, activation, engagement.
• Understand customer behavior: identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams: refine stories, validate solutions, ensure implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with CRM, Growth, and Customer Experience.
• Promote continuous improvement using feedback and experimentation results.
