Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review all executed contracts and set up payees and budget schedule per contract
• Initiate site payments according to policies and guidelines
• Process site payments for visits, milestones and pass‑through expenses per GAAP/SOX
• Route and track payments for timely approval
• Answer queries from internal and external customers regarding payments and budgets
• Maintain information in databases and archives
• Coordinate records management with sponsor’s records groups
• Develop and maintain data summary and payment reconciliation reports
