• Review contracts; set-up payees and budget per contract.
• Initiate site payments per policies and guidelines.
• Process payments for visits, milestones and pass-through expenses per GAAP/SOX.
• Route and track payments for timely approval.
• Answer queries from internal/external customers on payments and budgets.
• Maintain data in databases/tools.
• Organize, store, archive and retrieve contracts and payment documents.
• Coordinate records management with sponsor groups.
• Develop and maintain data summary and payment reconciliation reports.
