Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with minimum 1 year experience specific to payment processing
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Responsabilités

• Review contracts and set-up payees and budget schedules per signed contracts
• Initiate site payments according to policies and guidelines
• Process payments for visits, milestones, and pass-through expenses
• Route and track payments for approval in a timely manner
• Answer queries from internal and external customers regarding payments
• Maintain data in databases and payment systems
• Organize, store, archive, and retrieve contracts and payment documents
• Coordinate records management with sponsor groups
• Develop and maintain data summary and payment reconciliation reports
