Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage payment posting and reconciliation across ERA, checks, and card transactions.

You will post to patient accounts using billing software and maintain precise records while handling inquiries from insurers, patients, and third‑party payers. The role requires strong data entry accuracy, excellent customer service, and knowledge of HIPAA/compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience posting payments and reconciling ERA, checks, and card transactions.
• Familiarity with ERA and payment processing in healthcare.
• Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma; healthcare admin education is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review and reconcile ERA files, paper checks, and card transactions.
• Post payments to patient accounts using billing software/databases.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with posted payments, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with insurance companies, patients, or third‑party payers on inquiries or disputes.
• Process credit balance refunds per company policy and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and required documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and reimbursement practices to ensure compliant payments/refunds.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to payment inquiries.
