QualDerm Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle leader to manage posting operations across multiple regions. You will oversee daily posting of payments and adjustments, coach posting leads, and ensure accurate month-end close while maintaining payer compliance and data integrity.

The role requires strong leadership, billing knowledge (Medicare/Medicaid/managed care), and excellent communication. Travel to sites may be required, with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of payment-posting experience in a medical setting.
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of third-party billing and collection requirements, including Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care.
• Extensive experience posting recoupments and reversals.
• Ability to read and interpret Explanations of Benefits (EOBs).
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, negotiation, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and adjustments promptly at the patient account level and ensure accurate month-end balancing.
• Provide oversight for posting leads and specialists across regions and lead monthly team meetings.
• Coordinate with management and operational staff to review and resolve issues.
• Provide professional assistance for patient billing calls and maintain professional communication.
• Monitor analytics production reports and create workflows for productivity and efficiency.
• Travel to locations as applicable.
