Job summary

QualDerm Partners, with 150+ locations across 17 states, seeks a Posting Lead to manage patient accounts receivable posting, adjustments, and month-end processes. You will oversee Posting Leads and Specialists, ensuring timely, accurate submissions and compliant billing across regions, reporting to the Director of Cash Management.

The role requires at least five years of medical posting experience, two years of leadership, strong communication, and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing.

Qualifications

• Five years of payment-posting experience in a medical setting.
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of third-party billing and collection requirements, including Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care.
• Extensive experience posting recoupments and reversals.
• Ability to read and interpret Explanations of Benefits (EOBs).
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
• Professional, team-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to handle complaints diplomatically and perform effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manages time to complete work in timely manner and be a team player.
• Meets productivity requirements as established by organization and external benchmarks.
• Completes posting of all payments and adjustments at the patient account level in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provides professional assistance for patient billing calls.
• Keeps up-to-date with payer guidelines and reimbursement policies (basic knowledge).
• Maintains confidentiality and communicates respectfully with the team.
• Provides oversight for posting leads and specialists across regions.
• Oversees EFT/ERA setup and monthly analytics reporting.
