Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking a dedicated Payment Poster Supervisor to oversee payment posting across multiple ASCs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of insurance and patient payments. You will supervise staff, handle adjustments and denials, and support bank reconciliation efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare payment posting and insurance reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a small team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily payment posting operations for insurance and patient payments.
• Ensure posting, adjustments, denials, refunds and related cash activity are timely and accurate.
• Monitor and reconcile postings, research discrepancies, and escalate trends to the Payments Poster Operations Manager.
• Maintain 48-hour data entry standard for deposit-related payments across all lines of business.
