Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare payment posting and insurance reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supervising a small team is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily payment posting operations for insurance and patient payments.
- Ensure posting, adjustments, denials, refunds and related cash activity are timely and accurate.
- Monitor and reconcile postings, research discrepancies, and escalate trends to the Payments Poster Operations Manager.
- Maintain 48-hour data entry standard for deposit-related payments across all lines of business.
