• Proven track record: 2+ years of hospital billing experience, or 3+ years with a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Post insurance and patient payments and adjustments using ERA and EOBs.
• Reconcile daily deposits against ERA files and reports.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and research missing information.
• Maintain accurate patient account balances and ensure posting accuracy.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve payment inquiries.
