Qualifications

• Minimum high school education completed with professional relevance.

• At least 3 years in health plan or medical coding is required.
• 3 years in health plan claim auditing or appeals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and assess internal payment policies and solutions to identify cost savings.
• Determine strategies to achieve savings through policy development, criteria, contracts, or claims edits.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to define and deliver payment initiatives.
