Sentara Health is seeking a Payment Policy Research Analyst & Technical Writer to identify, develop and present cost-saving opportunities in policy and reimbursement for Sentara Health Plan. You will analyze data, engage subject matter experts, and translate complex policy concepts into clear written guidance.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Bachelor Level Degree (Preferred).
- 3 years Health plan experience or 3 years Medical coding, required.
Responsabilités
- Research & assessment of internal payment policies & payment solutions to identify new cost savings opportunities.
- Determine potential strategies/solutions to achieve identified cost savings such as policy development, criteria & process changes.
- Establish relationships with stakeholders to define, align & deliver payment initiatives and policy development.
