Job summary

Caliza, a fast-growing fintech, is hiring a Payment Operations and Integrations Engineer to own the end-to-end customer payment process and ensure seamless cross-border transactions. This client-facing role requires proactive problem solving, collaboration with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Compliance, and strong API/debugging skills to deliver prompt resolutions.

• Be the first point of contact for customer payment questions and issues across channels.
• Investigate and resolve payment problems end-to-end, owning each case until closure.
• Escalate and coordinate with Finance, Engineering, Compliance, or Product when needed.
• Provide first-line engineering support to integrator teams hitting API issues; debug auth, validation, idempotency, webhook delivery; reproduce and elevate with clean repros.

Responsibilities
