LillyDirect is hiring a Payment Analyst to manage daily payment operations, including dispute escalations, fraud arbitration, and transaction monitoring. You will ensure timely reconciliations and accurate reporting to support seamless patient payment experiences.

Job responsibilities include monitoring chargebacks, preparing evidence for representment, and partnering with SAP-based accounting. This role offers remote work and direct reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years in payment operations, dispute/chargeback analysis, or related roles.
• Knowledge of Visa/Mastercard dispute processes.
• Experience with payment platforms (Adyen, Stripe) and SAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated disputes and chargebacks from call center or system alerts.
• Prepare evidence for chargeback representment.
• Represent Lilly in fraud arbitration.
• Monitor authorization-to-capture timing.
• Investigate and resolve transaction risks.
• Support daily financial reconciliation and payment accounting in SAP.
• Process refunds and generate performance reports.
