Collaborating with legal, revenue cycle, and clinical teams, you will maintain audit-ready records, monitor deadlines, and stay current on payer policies and regulations to optimize reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare claims, payer disputes, or revenue cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret claims data for accurate payment.
• Manage No Surprises Act IDR and state dispute processes.
• Prepare and submit Final Offers through the CMS portal on time.
• Compile supporting materials: Position Statements and Good Faith docs.
• Track submission timelines and maintain audit-ready records.
• Collaborate with legal, revenue cycle, and clinical teams on strategy.
