YMCA of San Diego County seeks a Payment Analyst Lead to supervise a team, ensure timely provider payments, and ensure regulatory compliance. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in child development, human services, or related field, or four years’ equivalent related experience.
• Minimum of six years’ work experience in: four years in claims processing within a community-based organization; two years of program support in subsidy childcare.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure team compliance with State and County Regulations and provider subsidy payment protocols.
• Lead, coach, evaluate, and manage a team to uphold policies and regulations.
• Participation in recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance measurement to foster staff development.
• Coordinate workload priorities to meet unit goals and ensure timely authorization of childcare services.
• Track compliance and performance by reviewing Payment Analyst and Subsidy Support work.
• Represent the agency at meetings and events; may present trainings for community partners.
• Support learning opportunities, workshops, and staff trainings; arrange special meetings as needed.
