Job summary

Beacon Home Health seeks an Account Executive to drive sales strategy and increase market share through proactive account development and physician/community education. The role focuses on referral relationships, CRM management, and achieving budgeted growth targets.

Two years of home health sales experience are preferred; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Strong presentation and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of demonstrated success in home health and/or hospice sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly personal production goals and admit budgets for assigned locations.
• Execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development.
• Plan activities to maximize territory coverage of both existing and prospective accounts.
• Conduct effective sales calls to identify needs and explain features/benefits of the agency’s services.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and Clinical Director to drive growth aligned with referral community expectations.
