Cardinal Health is hiring a Manager, Payer Rules & Revenue Cycle Optimization to lead a three-person team and oversee payer rule implementation across Brightree and InRule. You will translate payer contracts into system rules, improve billing accuracy, and collaborate with IT, Billing, and Sales to minimize denials and accelerate cash collection.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, payer operations, or related areas.
• Experience leading staff and translating payer rules into system rules.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of three FTEs, set priorities and monitor performance.
• Manage end-to-end payer contract readiness and updates across systems.
• Translate contracts and policies into actionable system rules and SOPs.
• Maintain configurations in Brightree and InRule for payer rules.
• Coordinate testing, changes, and onboarding with IT and vendors.
• Develop governance for payer rule changes and documentation.
