Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager of Payer Rules & Revenue Cycle Optimization to lead the operational implementation and ongoing maintenance of payer rules across the revenue cycle. You will oversee a team of three FTEs and partner with IT, Payer Relations, Market Access, and RCM teams to improve billing accuracy, reduce denials, and accelerate collections.

The role requires strong knowledge of Brightree and InRule configurations, payer requirements, and governance of rule changes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, payer operations, reimbursement, billing systems, or payer rules.
• Demonstrated leadership of staff.
• Strong knowledge of payer contracts, billing requirements, denials, and translating needs into system rules.
• Experience coordinating system configurations, change controls, testing, audits, and cross-functional process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of three FTEs to implement payer rules and contracts.
• Oversee readiness for new payer contracts, renewals, amendments and updates to agreements.
• Translate payer contracts and policies into actionable system rules and SOPs across RCM.
