You will drive initiatives to reduce denials, accelerate collections, and translate contracts into actionable system rules, partnering with Payer Relations, Market Access, IT and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, payer operations, or related.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of three FTEs; set priorities and monitor performance.
• Oversee readiness and updates to payer contracts and workflows.
• Translate payer contracts and policies into system rules.
• Own payer rule configurations in Brightree and InRule.
• Monitor payer policy changes and communicate impacts to teams.
