Cardinal Health seeks a Manager, Payer Rules & Revenue Cycle Optimization, to lead a three-FTE team and drive payer rule implementation across Brightree and InRule. You will oversee contract readiness, policy changes, and denials reduction, partnering with Payer Relations and IT to improve cash flow.

The role emphasizes governance, testing, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on compliant, efficient healthcare revenue operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, information systems or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, payer operations, reimbursement, billing systems, or payer rules.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervision of staff.
• Strong knowledge of payer rules, contracts, billing requirements, and denials management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of three FTEs, set priorities and monitor productivity.
• Oversee readiness for new payer contracts, renewals, and amendments with timely effective dates.
• Translate payer contracts and billing guidelines into system rules and SOPs.
• Maintain Brightree and InRule configurations, ensuring accuracy of coverage and edits.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and clearinghouses on testing and changes.
• Develop governance for intake, prioritization, and change logs.
