Praxis Precision Medicines seeks a Payer Engagement Lead, Regional Accounts to drive strategic engagement with regional health plans, Medicaid agencies, and payer stakeholders across the United States. You will bridge national access strategy and regional execution, building payer relationships and shaping reimbursement strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech market access and payer engagement.
• Experience with regional payer organizations (Medicaid, Blue plans, regional payers).
• Strong understanding of U.S. reimbursement, Medicaid policy, and market access dynamics.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% and operate across regions.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for regional payers.
• Build trusted relationships with payer leaders on formulary management and coverage policy.
• Communicate clinical and economic value of Praxis therapies for favorable coverage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align regional and national strategies.
• Monitor Medicaid policy changes and regional reimbursement trends.
• Support launch readiness and regional payer engagements.
