This role touches provider data, payer policy, contracting, revenue cycle, and credentialing, offering fast learning and career growth. This 100% remote US role emphasizes meticulous data management and cross‑functional collaboration, with a clear path to more complex payer relationships

Qualifications

• 2+ years in provider data management, revenue cycle, or credentialing.
• Self-directed with strong follow-up and issue resolution.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry (TIN, taxonomy, dates).
• Experience with payer policy and enrollment processes.

Responsibilities

• Own provider data integrity across payer systems.
• Audit provider listings in payer directories and chase corrections.
• Reconcile rosters against payer records on a recurring schedule.
• Serve as the enrollment and provider-data escalation desk.
• Research payer policies and identify required documents.
• Document learnings into internal references.
• Support contracting and credentialing with payer applications.
